SRA Vice President Recognized as ACG “Dealmaker of the Year”

SRA International, Inc. (NYSE: SRX), a leading provider of technology and strategic consulting services and solutions to government organizations and commercial clients, today announced that Mike Fisher, SRA Vice President of Corporate Development received the 2011 Corporate Executive Dealmaker of the Year Award from the National Capital chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). The ACG award recognizes the top corporate executive dealmaker of the year who has demonstrated substantial success in accomplishing growth-oriented transactions. Criteria include the number, volume and financial impact of deals on market share.

Fisher played an integral part in three strategic transactions and one divesture for SRA in 2010. These included:

  • January 2010 – completing the Perrin Quarles Associates (PQA) Inc. acquisition, a privately held environmental consulting firm specializing in environmental program development and implementation for air quality and climate change.
  • July 2010 -- acquiring Sentech, Inc., an energy management consulting company with expertise in renewable energy, distributed generation, energy efficiency and advanced transportation technologies.
  • November 2010 – acquiring Platinum Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of systems integration and collaborative solutions for the federal government, for approximately $87 million.
  • November 2010 -- completing the sale of the SRA Airport Operations Solutions (AOS) group, a provider of airport solutions in North America, to ITT Corporation.
